本案位于大冶乐森缤纷城的三层，总面积约13000 ㎡，规划布局方面合理的处理娱乐与商业的关系，达到商娱一体的最终目的。主题设定上以“奇趣王国”为主题，以轻松、欢乐、梦幻、沉浸式等关键词为基础，将全园分为“遗失世界”“西部农庄”“活力矿谷”“小镇市集”四大主题分区。包装手法上摒弃传统主题乐园相对厚重的主题包装手法，拟对全园整体采取轻质的处理手法，只在重要节点及核心入口区域做局部重点处理。
