项目依托基地自然环境，开发重主题IP 体验的城市近郊生态探索乐园，打造一个以“神秘动物王国”为主题的童话世界，通过奇特的动物视角故事线，唤醒心中的童趣欢乐同时使本项目成为重庆家庭亲子一站式“轻度假”目的地，成为巴南娱乐休闲业态补充所在地。
