哈尔滨万达城文化旅游新区建筑面积为83.98万平方米。 分为万达茂、主题乐园及酒店群。其中万达茂建筑面积为36.82万平方米，包含业态有全球室内最大滑雪场、滑冰场、电影科技乐园、商业及步行街等；主题乐园建筑面积为6.4万平方米，占地面积43.87万平方米；集中服务及停车楼建筑面积为11.87万平方米；酒店群建筑面积24.49万平方米， 共分为二期建设。包含业态为1个六星酒店、1个五星酒店、2个4星酒店、秀场及沿街商服配套设施。其中2014年开工一期面积业态为1个六星酒店、2个4星酒店及相应沿街商服配套设施，面积为15.89万平方米。
