项目概况:
桐庐开元森泊度假乐园正式开园。作为森泊 3.0 迭代升级标杆项目，乐园坐落富春江畔，深挖桐庐瑶琳山水溶洞特色，打造 “山海秘境” 主题度假区，成为江浙沪夏日游玩新地标，赋能桐庐文旅产业升级。
圣景创筑为本项目水乐园与室内娱乐板块专项设计单位，全程参与方案设计、现场落地及细节优化全阶段。团队紧扣森泊 3.0 沉浸式、全维度、高品质核心理念，确立 “融山水于游乐，以场景赋体验” 设计主线，萃取本地山水溶洞自然肌理，将地域风貌与现代游乐功能有机融合。设计遵循 “轻故事、重项目，轻包装、重艺术” 原则，运用抽象艺术手法还原自然意境，营造特色空间氛围，打造独有场景记忆点，以专业设计实现创意蓝图完整落地。
The Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Resort has officially opened. As a flagship project representing the Senbo 3.0 upgrade, the resort is situated on the banks of the Fuchun River. It draws deeply on the unique natural features of Tonglu’s Yaolin region—including its mountains, rivers, and limestone caves—to create a “Mountain and Sea Secret Realm” themed resort. It has become a new summer destination in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region and is driving the upgrading of Tonglu’s cultural and tourism industry.
Shengjing Chuangzhu served as the specialized design firm for the project’s water park and indoor entertainment sections, participating throughout all phases—from conceptual design to on-site implementation and detailed optimization. The team closely adhered to the core principles of Senbo 3.0—immersive, multidimensional, and high-quality—establishing the design theme of “integrating mountains and water into recreation, and enriching experiences through scenes.” By drawing inspiration from the natural textures of the local landscape and limestone caves, the team organically fused regional characteristics with modern recreational functions. The design adheres to the principle of “emphasizing the project over the narrative, and art over packaging.” It employs abstract artistic techniques to recreate natural ambiance, cultivate distinctive spatial atmospheres, and create unique, memorable scenes, ensuring the creative vision is fully realized through professional design.
